I have previously used this supplier and the product is fine. However the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered the ink on Monday 3rd Jan, after 4 days with no despatch confirmation I contacted them a asked that if the order could not be despatched that it be cancelled, I then ordered from another supplier which arrived the next day. I have since emailed printer inks twice more to cancel the order and received no response. The delivery eventually arrived on 14th Jan. I have mailed them asking for return instruction but hold little hope of a response. Meantime I have raised a dispute in PayPal. Unless you are prepared to wait for an open ended delivery time and recieve no customer service do not use Printerinksdirect.
