I received the order nearly one month later, after emailing them twice as they do not have a contact number to cancel as I had ordered my printer cartridge from somewhere else.
They do not respond to enquires or cancellation requests so I will be never ordering from this company and to be honest, there are lots of reputable companies out there that will send you what you pay for on time!
