I was sent the incorrect ink cartridges. I have emailed twice, tried to message twice and have yet to hear from anyone on how I return the inks and get a refund or an exchange. I’m starting to think this company is actually a scam there’s no phone on the website to contact them and clearly they have no interest in responding when you email. I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do with the ink cartridges that don’t work in my printer and the £24 pounds I’m out.
