On 27th January I placed an order with Printerinkdirect for 2 sets of cartridges plus 2 extra blacks for my printer. After receiving this order I emailed this company twice to explain that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong cartridges. I had opened one box before I realised and emailed to ask if I could return the remainder of the order in exchange for a refund. To date I have received no acknowledgement or answer to my emails.
