I ordered a couple of toner cartridges for an HP printer from you last October. The price was very good and the delivery time quite acceptable. A few weeks ago I tried using them but only one worked, which indicates there wasn't a problem with the printer itself. I have tried three times to contact you about sending a replacement but all I've had so far is an automated reply, which I think is pretty poor customer service. I would have given you 5 stars, but I think back-up customer service is as important as the product and the delivery time, so I'm afraid it's only two!
