Lord help you though if you have a problem -as in all other reviews I read.
My ink needed to stand 'upright' for several hours before the cartridges worked. This can happen if they've been stored flat for any time. I raised a query on this by 1. Online contact chat, 2, online contact form and 3, by direct e-mail. Did I get any response -a resounding NO.
