Could've been a full 5 but still waiting for a response to email I sent on Saturday morning. Ordered on Thursday, arrived Friday morning...absolutely superb delivery. Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised after seeing reviews having already placed order..I even looked to cancel before dispatch!! Printer wouldn't accept the black cartridge and spent best part of the day trying to resolve...even stripping and cleaning printhead, but still kept telling me there was a problem with the black cartridge. Tried again on Saturday before giving up and emailing customer service to advise of issue. Now Thursday and still no response. Order and delivery were worthy of 5 stars, customer service....or total lack of...0 stars. As problem still not resolved with black cartridge/chip...doubt I would use them again. Good customer service makes or breaks a business unfortunately.
