I received the Imaging Drum and fitted it to my printer.
The first few pages were great, then dark, and grey, lines appeared down each page.
I transferred the Drum to my back-up printer with the same results.
I sent several e-mails asking for help - starting on 28th February 2022 and to date have had no response.
