Order failed to arrive within the timeframe promised. Sent email requesting an update but no response. Eventually chased the order through Paypal and the item arrived within a couple of days. OK the cartridge works but still no word of explanation or apology for delay. We all make mistakes but the lack of communication in our electronic age is unacceptable.
