Please write a short review of Printer Ink Direct This is a dreadful company. I put my order in and they were happy to take my money. They then sent me the wrong printer cartridges. I immediately emailed them to tell them so, asked for the correct ones to be sent and also for a return label so that I could return the wrong ones to them. They didn't reply to this, never mind carry out my request. Over the past 12 days I have emailed them a further three times, but got absolutely no response from this company at all. So I am £23 out of pocket with apparently no prospect of any kind of satisfactory outcome. I strongly suggest you AVOID them. I would give them NO STARS if there was any way of doing this. 1 Minimum 10 characters.
