The cartidges are good and at a competetive price, but communication could be bettet.
I beleive they should have been despatched next day following ordering but came just over a month later.
I hadn't run out of ink, but I did wonder if they would ever turn up as I got no feedback from yourselves ( no reply to my 2 or 3 emails)
Just a one liner saying when they would arrive would have done. That would help your business I'm sure.
