I ordered 5 x Compatible Samsung MLT-D203L High Capacity Black Toner Cartridge and received them but the first one I tried had a faulty chip so would not register as a new cartridge.
This was reported to the company by email but I have not had a reply from them.
All I want is my problem resolved with a chip that works in the part.
