We did not receive the ink we ordered and have sent 3 emails to try and resolve the matter but have had no reply, there is also no phone number to call to rectify the matter.
Delivery was fast so cannot fault however would have been great to receive the item we had paid for or an email to confirm back if the product sent was compatible with our printer as its not showing the model number.
