Extremely disappointed. Promised delivery within 24 hours if order placed before 10AM, only received 3 weeks later! Meanwhile no reply at all to around half a dozen emails! Also, could not locate any telefone numbers to call the firm.
Meantime I had to go abroad and had to arrange a redelivery to a neighbour's address. Had to buy printer cartridges from another firm.
Sheer waste of time dealing with this firm. Sorry, but that's the verifiable truth.
