I placed an order that was never received despite 'Delivered' being the status shown when I track the package.
I have tried to contact Printer Ink Direct via email, Live Chat and an online form but nobody has replied to any of these, so far.
I normally use a different company for our printer ink but thought I would try PID. Unfortunately, I have found that the customer service side of things isn't quite up to the usual standards of some competitors.
