I've always had excellent service from this company but this time they've let me down. I ordered a multipack with one extra black, which is very useful. When the package arrived, there was no extra black. I wrote to them but received no answer. I wrote again but received no answer. I wrote a third time... ditto. Then I received this e.mail which asked me how many stars I would award them.
One of the questions below asks how quickly did the company reply to your queries? Unfortunately, there's no space for 'they didn't. I'm still waiting.'
