My order of 4 black ink cartridges did not arrive within the 1-3 working days as advertised. I submitted an online contact form on 2 separate occasions to find out where my order was, I received no reply or acknowledgement. I then sent a third contact form cancelling the order and asking for a refund and at the same time, placed a new order with a different supplier which arrived the next day. Two days later, my original order from Printer Ink Direct arrived and still no acknowledgement of my submitted forms. I also emailed (from hdhss@aol.com) on 2 separate occasions, 9th June and 15th June, asking when I could expect delivery. Extremely poor and unprofessional service.
