Terrible. Was told 3 days max to deliver and would be notified of dispatch. After 5 days I emailed to say basically don't bother and to refund me as I'd need to order from elsewhere now. No reply. Still no dispatch notification. Cartridges took over 2 weeks to arrive. Already bought and received substitutes from Amazon for a few pence more and by next day delivery. Would not recommend.
