My order never arrived and I had to send 2 chase emails to find out where my inks were. I never got a reply, the ink just turned up 3 weeks later. The cartridges were supposed to be compatible with my Epson printer but were not, and did not seem any point trying to contact Printer Ink as the chances of a response were non existent!
