Communication - awful. Ordered in March, emailed serveral times for a VAT receipt, no reply on any, attempted live chat a few times - no reply. No contact number to call. Gave up trying for the last month or 2 but now accountant is chasing again for the receipt and struggling to even get spoken to, to ask for one.
Can't knock the delivery times as they arrived when said and items are good.
