I have bought numerous times from printer ink Direct as I like the fast delivery and the ink is great. This time however the ink was lost in the post. No fault of the company. But when I sent numerous emails none of them were replied to. I managed to find a direct messenger to the company. When texting to this service it turns out all my emails had gone to their spam. So were never seen. But. From there on it was delt with brilliantly. It arrived next day by special delivery. Gave 4 stars as the hassle with emails.
