I am very happy to write a review because the ink jets work well. HOWEVER to try to get in touch with them by email is a total disaster. I have sent 5 emails but never had 1 reply. But through this channel I am hoping they see it. They sent only 1 pack and I ordered and paid for 2. So please fulfil your obligation to me.
