There is absolutely NO customer service with this company. I have emailed, messaged via their website and have used their "instant chat" service no less than 10 times over 2 weeks. Nobody's home and nobody's interested. So I have a faulty cartridge and will have to buy again from somewhere else leaving me out of pocket!! Buyer Beware - it will cost you twice if you purchase from these "cowboys"!
