I wrote to you a week ago to say that the ink which you sent is not compatible with my Canon Printer MG3600, which I have returned to the address on the packaging. I posted it on 24th August requesting either the correct ink or a refund. Have not had any response, but to be fair there was a postage strike. I look forward to hearing from you. Margaret McKay
