I placed my order on 12/9 for inks and paid for the 1-3 days delivery option. When it hadn't arrived 10 days later I emailed asking for an update and got no response. I contacted them again 2 days later and still didn't receive a response. On 6/10 I raised a complaint with my bank after finding the Printer Ink Direct Facebook page and finding many people having the same issue and concluding that this must be a scam company. After calling the bank, I also commented on the page about my experience and that I had raised a complaint with the bank to get my money back. The next day I had a response from Printer Ink Direct telling me they would send the ink! I have obviously purchased ink elsewhere now and would not recommend this company. Their customer service is non existent, and I'm certain that, had I not contacted my bank, I would have been scammed out of the money entirely.
