Delivery arrived in good time and the order process was easy and straightforward. However, after sales has been extremely poor. I need a copy of the invoice so I can claim back the costs through work and nearly a week later and four email requests later no response and no invoice. Disappointed and unfortunately won't be using Printerink again as its now cost me money. What should have been 5* is now very low 3* due to poor communication and aftersales.
