Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days, a week went by without the cartridges being received, chased twice using the Contact Us form and received no response. Eventually received the cartridges 13 days after ordering by which point I had already received a refund from Paypal. The Yellow cartridge was also not recognised by my printer so not a good experience all round and will not use again.
