DONT BOTHER!!! Awful customer service, still waiting for a reply to my 2 emails and online chat. As soon as you say you are not happy with the product they don't want to know. Ordered ink cartridges and they spilt out all over my hands. Cheap flimsy products. I bet I will get the obligatory "Oh we are so sorry please email us" response while they continue to ignore my original complaints.
Appalling service, Appalling Products ... go to STAPLES instead.
