Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered the cartridge on the 14th of November and received it on the 10th of December! No reply to my messages asking what happened to the cartridge (1-week delivery top, it claimed), and I am so annoyed because I wanted to buy from an independent business but it is not worth it.
Please improve your customer service!!
