The service from Printer Ink Direct was good, website easy to navigate, communications good and product seems to be working fine.
However I would take issue with the courier, who left the parcel in my compost bin, left nothing through the letterbox or email/mobile notification that it had been delivered. As a result it spent several days outside in the rain and the cold. It was however well protected and does not seem to have come to harm. Poor service from the courier.
