Ordering and delivery were no problem.
However, I determined that my printer is unrepairable and wanted to return the ink cartridges.
The returns procedure is terrible. You have to email them to get a returns address label.
I have done this 3 times and also filled in their 'contact us' form on the website but they have not replied. My first email was 9 days ago and still no reply
