Nothing wrong with the ink, but (as I have now told this company three times), they failed to action any of the contacts saying I had ordered the wrong cartridges (as quickly as immediately after I pressed the order button). I now have two sets... one unwanted. What's the point of contact details if there's no-one at the other end?
