I placed an order for ink cartridges, they sent me the wrong ones. I now can't use my printer for business use as no one seems to want to answer any emails or live chat. They are quick to take an order and money and they fulfilled quickly, but not in rectifying their mistakes. Wouldn't use them again after very poor service received.
