The cartridges are cheap, and I suppose some of them are ok, but it seems to be 50/50 chance. My colour cartridge was fine, but my black one was terrible, it was printing extremely patchy, you couldnt read a page consistently. I contacted Printer Ink Direct twice, and noone ever got back to me. It seems that customer service doesnt exist. Unfortunately I wont be buying from them again. Shame.
