At first I ordered some incompatible cartridges which obviously didn't work whereupon you guys kindly sent me some replacements which were guaranteed to work but didn't and when I sent you messages stating this with pictures, I heard nothing back - I'd like a refund now as I've had to go elsewhere to get some that worked......there....that's my honest review
