As my order was placed on 3rd Feb and not recived nearly 3 weeks later, I put a review of Trust Pilot and I have emailed and chat lined at least 3 to 4 times to Printer Ink Direct with no response. They do not supply a telephone number. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who agreed that under the circumstances they would run a check to reclaim my payment which had been taken immediately after I ordered. I added this information to my Trust Pilot review. I should have checked for scams at the start but when I did, I could see from the amount of very poor reviews that you should not use this company. Strangely, a few days after my credit company started to check them out, my ink cartridge arrived. Obviously, as it was urgent when I first ordered it on 3rd Feb, I had by this time ordered from a different company and had received the cartridge within 2 days. If I could be bothered, I would ask for a refund and send the item back at their expense but it has been such a lot a trouble already I can't be bothered. It proves they do not look at any emails or chat line messages from customers as I specifically emailed them not to send this item as I had, had to buy another but it was still sent. DON'T USE THEM THEY ALMOST APPEAR NOT TO EXIST.
