Unfortunately have to provide a poor review as my overall experiene ended up being poor. Ordering was fine, delivery was quick but one of the toners wasn't working, Magenta said it still needed replacing despite being brand new. Tried contacting Printer Ink Direct by email three times and by online chat 3 times but never received a response. No phone number seemed available so i was stuck unable to print which was pretty frustrating.
