Very dissatisfied with Printer Ink Direct. I ordered 2 packs of ink and only received 1 pack. Also, they sent the wrong cartridges, and they would not fit my printer. I emailed them to report this. and had no response whatsoever. I emailed a second time, but still no response. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future.
Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and they were brilliant. I raised a complaint with them and had an instant refund. Thank you, PayPal.
