I ordered inks from Printer ink Direct with a 2 to 3 day delivery and 2 weeks later after i emailed to say i hadn't received them. I emailed 3 times in the space of a few days but had no reply. I desperately ordered more, hoping I could get their attention by sending back empty boxes. My new order came in 2 days and the 1st lot that i originally ordered came after 3 weeks of originally ordering them. I'm keeping them as I don't want this issue again. No telephone number to call and discuss issues and nobody got back to the several emails that I sent to explain I hadn't received my first lot of ink! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
