The toner did not fit my Brother printer. i asked to return it and used the online contact form and e mail. no reply . i then saw on trustpilot that this is normal for this company.
there is ZERO customer support. Even going through pay pal resulted in me getting another of the same wrong toner. i have even tried to ask how to return the two toners. NO REPLY.
