My husband passed away and left behind a relatively new printer. I decided to use this instead of my ageing printer. On it was a printer ink direct sticker. I had no expectations when I entered their website. All I knew is that I needed to replace two of the ink cartridges. I was relieved (being a bit of a technophobe) to find how user-friendly the site was. The cartridges were ordered within 10 minutes and came within a couple of days. Not only that, (and odd as it may seem to apply it to a website) but the site feels friendly and welcoming as though they actually want to serve you. This was also reflected in their after-sales communications. I also found their tips on saving ink (as a pensioner) particularly enlightening and useful and have taken this on board. Thank you.
