The cartridges I ordered had one faulty Magenta cartridge so I submitted a request form for the customer service team to offer some advice.
The customer service team did not even reply to my request!
In the end, I went to another company and purchased a Magenta cartridge which worked perfectly.
So, if you buy from Printer Ink Direct, you will get a cheap product with no support!
