Hi,
I received this order 8.05.23 and installed this E-378XL black cartridge on my Epson XP-8600 printer.
Regret, it was not recognised by the printer. I tried to reinstall it with the same result, printer does not work with this cartridge even you sale this cartridge as competitive for this Epson printer. It looks like it is not.
Please advise how to return this cartridge as faulty with refund of the amount I paid, or your suggestion how to settle this problem.
