I purchased 4 ink cartridges. The shipping took around 4-5 days which is not a big issue however I did not receive an invoice, unlike other companies that send the invoice automatically with your purchase. I had to email the customer service twice before I was finally sent an invoice specifying the wrong amount and only one item instead of four. I emailed back requesting the correct invoice with the correct amount and since I had no reply and it’s almost two weeks since I ordered… never again!
