The black cartridge would not work.
These cartridges were guaranteed to work.
There was ink reaching the bottom of the print head as diagnosed by running a tissue underneath it.
But nothing I tried using the settings on the printer would make it print.
I contacted Printerink .direct via e mail but recieved no reply.
