Received incorrect ink. Emailed the company on 2 occasions, however they failed to respond. I then used messanger, which they replied to say they would check the item I received. I contacted them again for an update, however they are again failing to respond. Very poor way to deal with customers. I am now wishing I had looked at their reviews prior to purchasing ink. Waiting for paypal to investigate my complaint. Avoid!!!!!!!!
