Totally disappointed with this company ... ordered some replacement ink cartridges and received the wrong items ... have tried to contact them via email, chat line and Facebook page and have had no reply at all.... stuck with some cartridges we cannot use and have no contact at all with regards to sending them back for replacements or a refund. Having read previous reviews we would have not used this company based on other customer complaints ... the same situation as we are in... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to lose money and get the wrong items .... still waiting for them to respond !!!!!!
