I ordered some ink cartridges on a week last Sunday and realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong ones. I immediately sent a message via the online chat. I also sent one by email. On the Tuesday I received an email stating that you could see I had messaged on Sunday and because you had not picked my message up in time (my original order was already en route) you would send out the correct ones immediately. I received both orders on the Wednesday, with no extra charge! The ink cartridges work perfectly and I am very impressed with the customer service. I would definitely buy from you again! Thank you
