Ordered on a Sunday and paid £4.99 extra for guaranteed next day delivery so expected delivery would be Tuesday morning.
I received nothing on Tuesday so emailed PrinterInk direct in the evening asking them what had happened, did not receive a reply to my email or any refund for the wasted extra £4.99.
Received the ink cartridges Wednesday afternoon, 3 full days from my initial order.
Sent them another email yesterday, again I have received no reply.
