I ordered two cartridges from this company. One worked and one didn't. I wrote to the company asking for a replacement cartridge or a refund. I have no problem returning the broken cartridge. I have written twice, but nobody has got back to me. Therefore, I would strongly advise you not to purchase a printer cartridge from this company.
